Cheese, grated cheddar or Gouda cheese and crumbled feta- all in
equal proportions. Add salt, garlic and black pepper to taste.
Make slits lengthwise in the jalepenos directly opposite the flatter side of the jalepeno (so that they don't roll around on the grid)
Stuff the jalepenos with the cheese mixure. Remove the seeds first if you don't like the spicy bite on the jalepenos.
Grill on the weber with the lid closed so it gets a smokey flavour. Grill for 15 min until brown and soft.
