Thai style whole fried fish

Using fresh ingredients for the sauce

Creating the curry paste with chilli coriander garlic and lemon grass and rough salt

Gravy is made after roasting chilli paste and adding in fresh tamarind and chopped tomato. Fried Fish is coated in sauce and topped with lots of sprouts chopped chilli coriander and lemon. Serve with rice
