Microwave 2 large potatoes for 10 minutes.
Rest for few minutes until it's cool to the touch
Peel potatoes and grate
Season potatoes with butter garlic salt and pepper
Mould little bowls on upside down muffin trays.
Bake in a preheated oven until crisp and golden
Poach eggs and serve in nests with hollandaise sauce
